Annual Report

In October of 2025 I was hired by Global Oncology, a nonprofit bringing cancer care to underserved communities across the world, to create the layout and design for their 2024-2025 annual report. While getting my BFA in medical illustration taught me about design as well as illustration, I had not had a chance yet to create such a large and design focused project. It was something new to me and throughout the process I developed my typography, layout and color skills.

The timeline of this project changed many times, and the content was getting adjusted while I was working. It forced me to be flexible and think about how my designs could be adjusted to accommodate more or less text or images.

I provided my clients with thumbnail sketches for the most critical pages and the cover as well as meeting with them every couple weeks to update them on my progress and take any critiques or edits.

I am excited that my work gets to be printed and will end up in the hands of donors and supporters of Global Oncology.
